About Me

What started out as simply food, family and fellowship, soon blossomed into a labor of love for Ashley Marlowe. After gathering monthly for "Soul Food Sundays" with family and friends, Ashley not only developed a love for baking-she enrolled in Culinary Arts School, where she received her Professional Baking Certificate. On a mission to dispel the myth that just because someone looks different or does things differently, they shouldn't receive the same love and respect, Ashley uses her autism spectrum disorder as a superpower where others see disability. Along with her love for baking, Ashley wanted to show others that you, too, can overcome difficulties with ASD. Ashley has translated her personal experiences into stories that resonate with children and their families.
